Wrong Item Delivered – Minari

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing  WhatsApp at +91 8983132280, along with clear images of the incorrect item and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow 48 working hours for our team to review your request.

Step 3 – Replace for few items like 3 to 5pc not possible as wholesale margin is very low
In that case will add extra amount products in next order

Step 4 – If quantity like 12 24 above received wrong so will send you another correct product and you can return that Product’s

Step 5 – Once the incorrect product is collected, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.


Item Damaged – Minari

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from delivery by contacting  or WhatsApp at+91 8983132280, with clear images of the damaged jewelry and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow 48 working hours for review.

Step 3 – .if any damage cone in anti tarnish products then will add same in next order

Step 4 – if same not available then will deduct that much amount in next order

Step 5 – Once the damaged product is received, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.


Return/Replacement Not Applicable In Following Cases

• Jewelry that has been worn, resized, altered, or tampered with
• Missing original packaging (box, tags, certificates, seals)
• Request raised after 3 days from delivery
• Customized or personalized jewelry items


Order Cancellation – Minari

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


Shipping Charges – Minari

Shipping charges depends on weight and size of oarsal whichever is higher.
Also depends on Shipping area of the customer

Pricing Information – Minari

While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, occasional typographical errors may occur. The final price of a product is confirmed only after the order is successfully placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to an error, Minari reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order unless it has already been shipped. In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and notify you.

An order is considered accepted only once the product is dispatched. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to modify pricing or cancel the order with proper notification.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
